Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

This statement covers the website theivamethod.com. It states our conformance target, what does not yet meet it, and how you give us feedback.

Conformance

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA.

Our official conformance status is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: the website is built and tested against the standard, but we know the limitations below and are working on them.

Method: self-assessment with the Lighthouse accessibility check (a11y), a manual keyboard walkthrough, a 200% reflow test, and screen-reader spot checks.

Known limitations

What does not yet meet the target.

  • Screen-reader testing has been done as spot checks, not as a full walkthrough of the website. We expand the walkthrough before launch.

EAA

Micro-enterprise exemption — the target stands.

The website is run by [COMPANY NAME]. We assess that the business at launch falls under the exemption in directive (EU) 2019/882 article 3 no. 4 (micro-enterprise: fewer than 10 employees and no more than EUR 2 million in annual turnover and/or balance sheet). The statement is published anyway, and the WCAG 2.1 AA target applies regardless of the exemption.

Supervision

The accessibility requirements and the complaint route are governed by [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY AND REFERENCE — VERIFY BEFORE LAUNCH].
